The Grace Dieu Lodge is actively involved in Charity, raising funds for local and national Charities, for the LRMCA and the four Central Charities. To this end the Lodge has a Charity Steward to raise the monies and an Almoner who looks after the welfare of Lodge Brethren, their widows and their families.

The Grace Dieu Lodge contributes annually to the Leicestershire and Rutland Charity Association (LRMCA) which makes grants and donations to Local Non Masonic Organisations, Institutions and funds which are registered Charities and provides relief and assistance to the aged, sick, distressed and infirm Freemasons and their families in Leicestershire and Rutland.
